Straight answers on how we work, what we handle, and how to get started. Don't see yours? Ask us directly.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Benson, Minnesota and work across the Upper Midwest — Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Nebraska.
What industries do you work in?
Mostly ethanol plants, dairies, food processors, and power facilities, plus other industrial and municipal sites. If you run process equipment that fouls, plugs, or needs cleaning, there's a good chance we can help.
Do you give firm prices or estimates?
We provide estimates based on the scope you give us. Those are estimates — not firm fixed prices — unless we state otherwise in writing. Disposal volume and how heavily equipment is fouled are the biggest cost swings, which is why a look at the equipment often sharpens the number.
Are you insured and prequalified?
Yes. We're fully insured, carry an EMR better than the industry average, and stay current on Avetta and FirstVerify. We're also registered in SAM.gov (CAGE 5TD83) for federal and institutional work.
Do you do confined-space entry?
Yes — permit-required confined-space entry with air monitoring, respirators, lifelines, and spill-response protocols. It's one of the capabilities that separates us from smaller crews.
What's the difference between hydroblasting and chemical cleaning?
Hydroblasting uses high-pressure water to strip scale, residue, and buildup — no harsh chemicals, less waste to dispose of, and no chemical residue left behind in your equipment. For a lot of process equipment it's faster and cleaner than a chemical soak.
Can you work around our outage window?
That's most of what we do. We plan around scheduled outages and turnarounds to get equipment cleaned and back online on time. Existing customers can also call us for urgent, unplanned work that can't wait for the next outage.
Do you handle waste disposal?
When a job produces waste, we profile it and manifest it to a permitted disposal facility — the same way we handle spent carbon on dairy carbon-bed change-outs and material on remediation jobs.
Do you do utility locating?
Yes, for commercial and industrial customers. We locate and mark buried utilities and confirm line position before you dig or drill, and we're on the Gopher State One Call / “Call Before You Dig” (811) system.
Do you do residential work?
We focus on commercial and industrial customers. We've occasionally taken residential jobs, but our equipment and pricing are built for larger work, so we usually aren't the most cost-effective option for a home.
How do we get started?
Send us the equipment, the scope, and your timeline through the contact page, or call (320) 314-8141. The more detail you give us, the faster we can turn a real estimate.
Tell us the equipment and the scope — we'll get you a straight answer and an estimate.
